Assistant Manager - Corporate Audit Services

Job Purpose“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.”Purpose of the job is to ensure organizational commitments made by HR as a department are met within the timelines leading to overall delivery of organizational objectives
Duties and ResponsibilitiesTrack all projects under HR for overview & review by the HR head- Ensure that the data/ to be presented by HR head is submitted on time and is accurate for further representation or decision making or consideration- Support in working on key projects by managing the project trackers, updates and status on on-going basis.- To do research and build presentations in specific areas- To work within HR to coordinate projects, info sharing and imp meetings - To build on the ideas and guidance given- To help prioritize key actionable lined up for delivery.- To ensure data received from different departments talk to each other- To help developing and tracking of various business projects 4.  MAJOR CHALLENGES(Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job)- Availability & accuracy of data5.  DECISIONS(Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end)- No major decisions executed at the level6.  INTERACTIONS(Key working relationships a job holder needs to have INSIDE and OUTSIDE the company to accomplish the job)Internal ClientsRoles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work - HR Leadership- Executive Assistants to other leaders in the organization- Internal teamExternal Clients Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work - Vendors / Partners for specific projects7.  DIMENSIONS(Key numerical data which will reflect the scope and scale of activities concerning this job)Financial Dimensions(These should be quantifiable numerical amounts)NA
