Assistant Vice President – Quality Lead

In this role, you will be accountable for all the strategic and execution activities related to Quality assurance in US Wealth management processes. Responsibilities • Develop and implement QA strategies, policies, and procedures for the wealth domain. • Lead a team of QA professionals and manage the Audits and performance improvement process to ensure compliance with quality standards. • Drive employee performance improvement based on Quality audits insights. • Identify and flag any quality-related issues to the appropriate stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective QA processes are in place. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA for the wealth domain. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes and efficiency. • Participate in client meetings and provide updates on QA activities and progress. • Collaborate with project teams to address any quality-related issues and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications we seek in you!
