We understand financial stability and repayment capacity of the loan applicants on behalf of our clients (Banks and Financial Institutions). If any one applies for a loan from banks (which are our clients), the financial details of those loan applicants comes to us, we study those financials and send our credit executives to visit the loan applicants at their business premises. Our credit executives do the business analysis by checking the required documents, observing business activity and asking questions from loan applicants about the business, purpose of loan, existing liabilities, Banking habits, investment pattern, current expense outflow etc. This information helps us to understand the financial stability of the loan applicants. After the visit, the credit executive draft a report and submit the report to Team Leaders for checking. After Team Leaders checks the report, it is being submitted in the bank and bank takes a credit call on the basis of our report whether to sanction loan or reject loan or reduce loan amount. We are a 32 years old organization known for Risk Assessment services and preferred by Finance Institutions across India. Snapshot Job role: We need to audit the financial documents like Balance Sheet,Profit loss & other financial documents. The role involves visiting prospective borrowers to audit who have applied for loans, and understanding the repayment capacity of the organisation and finally sharing the details with the Banker which will help them in taking a decision to disburse the loan. Skill Sets required for the job: We are looking out for B.Com/ M.Com/ Fresh MBA Finance, Males with good communication, computer knowledge and sound accounting fundamental understanding. The candidate should be inclined towards learning the finance processes. This is a good job for freshers who want to learn the Banking and Finance Industry processes.
