🔥 Sales & Persuasion SkillsStrong ability to close deals and upsell services

• Confident pitching of detailing packages and add-ons
• Skilled in overcoming objections
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

📞 Communication & Customer InteractionExcellent verbal communication and active listening

• Ability to explain services clearly and persuasively

• Experience handling walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online leads

🚗 Automotive & Detailing Knowledge(Not mandatory but highly valuable)

• Understanding of detailing services (Paint protection film (PPF) interior, exterior, ceramic coating, polishing, etc.)
• Ability to match customer needs with appropriate service packages
• Knowledge of common car care problems customers face

📈 Lead Generation & Marketing AwarenessAbility to generate leads from referrals, social media, and partnerships

• Understanding of basic digital sales channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Skilled in follow-ups and nurturing client relationships

📋 Organisational & Admin SkillsMaintaining sales logs and customer records

• Booking appointments and managing schedules
• Tracking leads, conversions, and target progress
• Handling payment coordination or invoice follow-ups
