JD for Back-Office JOB ROLE : *Responsible for management of day to day operations of the branch. *Ensuring strict adherence to prescribed processes, audit and regulatory requirements. Managing cash at the branch and ensuring that cash is within branch limit. Customer complains management and ensuring resolution of all complaints within TAT. Be responsible for the compliance of the various accounts 1.Cash Handling 2.ID Creation 3.Good In Excel/Computer Knowledge 4.Preparing Reports/Documentation 5.Ensuring if everything is working in a perfect manner 6.Supporting administrative staff 7.keeping a close look at all equipments in the company and taking relevant action if equipment does not work properly or damages & keeping office supplies stocked 8.Ordering supplies and keeping track of the usage JOB REQUIREMENT: Graduate/MBA Working Exp. 0 to 5 years Thorough overall understanding of banking Customer service orientation Ability to manage and motivate front office staff Advancel Excel Vlookup, Pivot Table
