Job Description

Branch Operation Executive (Working Location: Lohegaon) Maintain Daily Sales Report. Monitoring Sales Confirmation Calling. Ensure Quality New Customer. Penetration Of Investment Product To The Unique Customers. Sales Of Third Party To The Customers. Online updating at every stage of customer groups. Ensure updating of CRM. Ensure certifications of documents required for opening and maintain customer accounts. Error free documentation for all customer instructions. Ensure quality customer service is delivered. Check with customers if the process of complaints has been managed well. Requirement: Fresher's may be taken. However experienced candidates will be preferred with exp. in Sales and Marketing like financial services & Banking. Graduate Degree/MBA/PGDBA/PGPM in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
