Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly assessing the current operational state. The role includes capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and designs effective operating models. Additionally, the role supports transformation efforts by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering collaboration across teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Asset Servicing.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to develop and document business cases and solution frameworks.
- Experience in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
- Capability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Asset Servicing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
