Job Overview: As a Business Development Associate at Auraspark Digital, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in hardcore sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the digital marketing industry.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on business objectives.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hardcore sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
