Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and expertise.

Maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree.

Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role (6 months–3 years preferred).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong presentation skills and confidence in client-facing roles.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferable background: Candidates with prior experience in telesales, business consultancy, or loan sector will be given priority.
