Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented BDE to join our training institute. The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, counseling prospective students, managing walk-ins, follow-ups, and converting leads into admissions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.

Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and training programs.

Manage walk-in inquiries and provide complete course information.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.

Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.

Maintain student database and update CRM regularly.

Coordinate with the operations/training team for smooth admission processes.

Build and maintain good relationships with students and parents.

Handle admission documentation and payment follow-ups.

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of sales and counseling.

Ability to handle multiple student inquiries.

Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email, WhatsApp).
