Role Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to generate B2B leads and connect with startups and companies seeking to hire developers or technical resources on a full-time, part-time, or project basis.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to startups, product companies, and agencies looking to hire technical talent
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, Upwork, emails, and other platforms
• Pitch our resource outsourcing and team augmentation services
• Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in IT sales / B2B lead generation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in selling services or outsourcing models
• Knowledge of the tech industry and hiring trends is a plus
