Additionally, the position involves engaging in user and task analysis to accurately represent and address business requirements, ensuring that solutions are well-informed and effectively tailored to organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational objectives.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design and documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from various stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience in designing and modeling business processes using industry-standard methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into process designs.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders to gather and validate business needs.
- Familiarity with integration technologies and their application in business process automation.
- Excellent communication skills to document and present process designs clearly and effectively.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
