Campus/University Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Associate Program Manager will be responsible for facilitating a seamless onboarding process for students joining NIAT-affiliated programs, ensuring all coordination between the University management and the NIAT team. The role serves as a key liaison to provide operational support, communication alignment, and a smooth overall experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between NIAT and the University teams to ensure effective coordination and communication.
• Collaborate with University officials to manage all student-related requirements and ensure seamless execution of academic and operational activities.
• Track and follow up on agreed action points, ensuring timely completion and maintaining detailed progress reports.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for students joining through NIAT, ensuring they are well-oriented and smoothly integrated into the university ecosystem.
• Coordinate with University departments, transport providers, and service partners to maintain uninterrupted daily operations.
• Oversee operations across multiple universities, requiring periodic travel for reviews, coordination, and issue resolution.
• Qualifications & Skills1–3 years of experience in hostel/PG/student services/Student support.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle student concerns with empathy and problem-solving attitude.

• Hindi
• English

Location:

• Hyderabad & other locations where NIAT is present.

Work Timings:

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Monday to Saturday
• 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Incentives: Performance Based Incentives

CTC: 3.6 to 7.2 LPA
