Client Relationship Executive

• Generate leads through networking with builders, brokers, engineers, contractors, and government offices.
• Promote company products through field marketing, events, and distribution of promotional materials.
• Identify construction projects and generate business through direct market sourcing.
• Handle loan applications, preliminary screening, and coordinate approvals with the Cluster Manager.
• Complete pre- and post-sanction documentation, legal, technical verification, and loan disbursement.
• Track construction progress and coordinate disbursements accordingly.
• Ensure timely EMI and pre-EMI collection and control delinquencies.
