Work from Home We are hiring Customer Support for Chat Process who are good in written English to join an ever-expanding team. The Chat Operator must write Good English- Candidates should be able to demonstrate an ability to effectively engage and interact with online customers in a variety of different situations and varying industries. The operators should be able to deliver a high quality, accurate and consistent live chat experience using established engagement scripts and canned answers but should also be able to think on their feet when chat visitors go off script. Key responsibilities For each chat, agents will need to reply to customer questions, research account activity, troubleshoot any issues, provide supporting help with payments, and any number of other tasks. This means they'll need the ability to work through several problems simultaneously to be effective. Required Candidate profile Understanding live chat as how it works. Demonstrable ability to understand and respond appropriately to off-message user questions; Team player who loves working collaboratively in an innovative, fast growing & challenging environment.
