Tukai Exotics is one of the largest wholesaler of nursery plants in India, looking for dedicated and dynamic Project Manager (Civil) at Loni Kalbhor Location. He should be comfortable to perform following roles and responsibilities: Key Responsibility Area: Management of new farm (green house) construction project. Project planning and execution, Should prepare project timelines. Site monitoring for safety, quality, cost and time. Co-ordination between the management and consultant, management and contractor, management and agent appointed for approvals. Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings etc.) Carry out technical and quality checks. Assess potential risks, materials and costs. Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies. Preparation of various proposals and submission of the same to the various departments, and then, get them approved. Approving measurements and BOM. Organize site meetings/ virtual meetings, Keep records of all important documents. Send weekly progress reports to the management. Preparation of realistic bar charts and pert. Monitor progress and compile reports in project status. Manage budget, costing and purchase equipment/materials, if required. Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver project and other technical documentation as required, Ensure hygiene and safety on site, ensure covid precautions. Criteria: Knowledge of MS Projects or project management tools. Proven working experience in civil engineering, hands on experience of completing minimum 3 projects. (preferably Nursery). Excellent knowledge of construction design and visualizations. Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc. Excellent Project management and supervision skills.
