Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Manage corporate relations and placement activities
* Coordinate hiring drives and student placements
* Develop new corporate partnerships and maintain existing ones
* Ensure smooth communication between students, trainers, and recruiters
* Build and maintain relationships with HR teams, recruiters, and industry partners.
* Identify and onboard new companies for campus recruitment drives.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and placement activities.
* Track student placement data and maintain recruitment reports.
* Conduct regular follow-ups with corporate partners regarding hiring requirements.
* Support students with interview preparation and placement-related guidance.
* Represent the organization at industry events, career fairs, and networking sessions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align training programs with industry demands.
