Roles and responsibilities:

● Responsible for overseeing a range of day-to-day operations

● Following SOPs to increase efficiency

● Measure, analyze, and communicate progress toward strategic goals

● Good with soft skills, processes and best practices

● Allocated tasks done on time based on geography and time-slots

● Improving client NPS by giving excellent customer experience

Skill Requirements:

● Should have good communication skills

● Smart candidates with good understanding of MyGate product

● Expertise in local language, Hindi and English
