Commis (Commi 1 / 2 / 3)

We are hiring a Tandoor Commis to support our tandoor section and ensure high-quality, consistent food production. The role involves preparing tandoori breads and kebabs, and maintaining hygiene standards during service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing tandoor temperature and equipment safely.
• Prepare and cook naan, roti, kulcha, roomali roti, and tandoori kebabs as per recipe standards.
• Support marination work, skewering, portioning, and maintaining stock levels.
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, labeling, and proper storage as per hygiene guidelines.
• Coordinate with senior chefs during service for timely order dispatch.
• Report shortages, equipment issues, and work closely with the team to maintain smooth kitchen operations.

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic to good knowledge of tandoor cooking (based on Commi level).
• Ability to work in high-heat, fast-paced environments.
• Good teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn.
• 0–4 years of experience in Indian/tandoor kitchen depending on level.
• Culinary certification is a plus.
