Job Summary:

The kitchen helper Chef assists in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food under the supervision of senior chefs. This role is ideal for someone starting their culinary career and looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional kitchen

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing ingredients for cooking (chopping, peeling, measuring, etc.).
• Cook basic dishes under guidance and ensure quality standards.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and food safety standards.
• Store food properly and monitor stock levels, reporting shortages to senior chefs.
• Assist in receiving and checking deliveries.
• Support other kitchen sections when required.
