Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Cook to prepare authentic Maharashtrian snacks such as Vada Pav, Misal, Samosa, Batata Bhaji, Kanda Bhaji, Bread Pattie, tea coffee and breakfast items at Dhawade Vadewale. The cook will be responsible for maintaining taste consistency, hygiene, and speed of service as per brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items following Dhawade Vadewale recipes and SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
• Ensure quality, portion control, and timely food preparation.
• Manage stock of raw materials and report shortages to the outlet manager.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Indian snacks or fast-food cooking. ( finishing training will be provided )
• Knowledge of Maharashtrian cuisine preferred.
• Punctual, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: As per experience and company standards.
