Cook / Chef

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Cook to prepare high-quality meals according to the menu. The Cook will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring timely service while following food safety standards.

• Key Responsibilities'
• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and menu requirements
• Ensure proper taste, quality, and presentation of dishes
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
• Handle cutting, chopping, and preparation of vegetables, meat, and other ingredients
• Monitor food stock and inform management about required supplies
• Ensure food is stored properly and ingredients are fresh
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines while cooking
• Assist in planning menus if required
• Work with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

• Requirements
• Previous experience as a Cook or Kitchen Assistant preferred
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good time management skills

• Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of Indian cuisine (North Indian / South Indian / Chinese / Tandoor, etc.)
• Ability to prepare multiple dishes efficiently
• Teamwork and communication skills
