Summary:

The PIM Team Lead will oversee a team of configurators and analysts to ensure the successful delivery of PIM projects. You will act as the bridge between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring timelines are met and best practices are followed.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3–5 PIM professionals, providing technical guidance and performance reviews.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the PIM system.
- Oversee the Data Governance framework to ensure consistency across product catalogs & connection between the PIM and downstream platforms, ensuring seamless data syndication via web services.
- Manage project timelines, identifying risks and bottlenecks in the data enrichment process.
- Define and optimize complex workflows and business rules to streamline the product enrichment process.
- Establish and enforce standards for technical documentation, testing protocols, and deployment checklists.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salsify Product Experience Management Platform.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to software development.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with agile project management tools and practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salsify Product Experience Management Platform.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- 5–6 years of experience in PIM/MDM environments (Syndigo, Akeneo, or Salsify)
- Proven experience leading a technical or data-centric team.
- Strong background in Java or PHP (depending on the toolset) to guide technical troubleshooting
- Proven ability to manage data migration projects using ETL tools.
- Deep understanding of the product lifecycle and Time-to-Market optimization.
- Excellent communication skills for managing internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, IT).
- A 15 years full time education is required.
