Position Overview:We are looking for passionate and multilingual Customer Care Executives proficient in Tamil, Malayalam, or Telugu for our Insurance Process. The candidate will manage customer interactions, resolve queries, and support policyholders effectively.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle customer calls (inbound/outbound) in Tamil, Malayalam, or Telugu.
- Provide detailed assistance related to policy renewals, payments, and claims.
- Record and maintain call data accurately in the system.
- Deliver a positive and professional service experience for each customer.
- Ensure adherence to company guidelines and performance benchmarks.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Eligibility Criteria:Education: HSC / Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream)
- Experience: 0–6 months (freshers encouraged)
- Languages Required: Tamil / Malayalam / Telugu (Fluency in any one is mandatory)
- Shift: Day Shift (Full-time, On-site)
- Skills Required:Fluency in regional language (Tamil / Malayalam / Telugu)
- Good communication and active listening
- Basic system handling and typing knowledge
- Customer-centric mindset and patience
- Salary & Benefits:Salary Range: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Fixed salary + Performance-based incentives (up to ₹45,000/month)
