Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to pharmacy orders and customer
queries.
Assist customers with prescription-related information, order placement, and
follow-ups.
Coordinate with pharmacists, providers, and internal teams to resolve
customer concerns.
Ensure accurate documentation and update records in the system.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely
support.
Adhere to call-handling guidelines, quality standards, and turnaround time
(TAT) requirements.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
