Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle inbound and outbound calls related to pharmacy orders and customer

queries.

 Assist customers with prescription-related information, order placement, and

follow-ups.

 Coordinate with pharmacists, providers, and internal teams to resolve

customer concerns.

 Ensure accurate documentation and update records in the system.

 Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely

support.

 Adhere to call-handling guidelines, quality standards, and turnaround time

(TAT) requirements.

 Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
