Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Shott Amusement Limited - 1st Floor, KOPA Mall, Mundhwa Rd, Koregaon Park Annexe, Pune, Maharashtra 411001

Eligibility:

• Minimum 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and provide excellent customer service
• Explain and demonstrate games to customers
• Handle billing, cashiering, and payment transactions
• Maintain a positive and engaging customer experience
• Follow company grooming and uniform standards

Working Schedule:

• 9-hour shift per day
• 1 weekly off
• Weekends and public holidays are mandatory working days

Shift Timings:

Male Candidates (Rotational Shifts)

• 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Female Candidates (Rotational Shifts)

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Note: For Pune and Hyderabad locations, female employees will not be assigned the 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift.
