1. Reply To Enquiries Come Through Email, Phones Sometimes Through Message. 2. Sent Quotation Accordingly As Per Customer Request. 3. Sort Out Technical Queries 4. Inform To Customer Regarding Availability Of Material 5. Make Call To Customers Who Have Not Taken Material Since From Long Time. 6. After Sending Quotation Take Follow Up With Customer, Whether They Have Received Quotation Or Not. 7. Attend Customers When They Come To Collect Material From Office. 8. Make Pro-Forma Invoice, Order Acceptance & Sent To Customers. 9. Make Order Acceptance & Give Print Out To Dispatch Dept. 10. Internal Co-Ordination Regarding Material Availability & Ready 11. After Dispatching Material Send Docket Details To Customer Through Mail Or Call 12. Payment Follow Up 13. Material Requisition 14. Service Report Of Autonics Products 15. Duly Fill & Sent Vendor Registration Form 16. Monthly Reporting To HOD 17. Courtesy Call To Customers 18. Introduction Mail To Customer.
