We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives in our Domestic BPO unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and delivering an excellent customer experience over voice, email, or chat platforms.

  Key Responsibilities:

•         Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services

•         Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction

•         Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions

•         Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures

•         Provide feedback on customer issues and suggestions for improvement

           Special pay allowance for candidates with known Tamil, Gujarati, and Punjabi languages.

Eligibility Criteria:

âś… Minimum qualification: [Graduate]

âś… experienced candidates only

âś… Excellent spoken and written English

Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational weekly off)

Joining: Immediate or as per notice period
