Hi, We require Graduate from any stream (preferred Science or engineering). PFB the JD for your reference: • Attending all Inbound & Outbound call and case management ie Clinics, Doctors , Professionals, internal team, Recipients (Patients). • Tracking Complaint and its resolution • Order to Cash process Management 1. Order entry 2. Order entry validation and booking 3. Order-related coordination activities with Finance and Logistics team • Co ordination with various stakeholders ie Finance, Logistics, Shared services • Tracking service failures, performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective actions • Communication script monitoring management- email and calls • Customer facing role with strong verbal & written communication skills • Having prior experience of working on ERP/CRM systems. • Having technical knowledge
