Summary:
As a Data Architect, a typical day involves defining the data requirements and structuring the data for various applications. This role includes modeling and designing the data architecture to ensure efficient storage and seamless integration across systems. The position requires a thoughtful approach to organizing data assets to support application functionality and business needs, while collaborating with different stakeholders to align data strategies with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures that meet evolving business requirements.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure data solutions align with strategic objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language).
- Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and best practices for designing robust data structures.
- Experience in managing data storage solutions and ensuring data integration across diverse platforms.
- Ability to optimize data workflows and pipelines for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data services and distributed computing environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
