Job Description
Job SummaryBrightNok Laundry is looking for a responsible and punctual Laundry Delivery Boy to handle pickup and delivery of laundry items to customers in a safe and timely manner. The candidate should have good communication skills and knowledge of local routes.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPick up laundry bags from customer locations.
- Deliver cleaned laundry items safely and on time.
- Maintain proper records of pickups and deliveries.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Collect payments, if required, and submit them to the office.
- Ensure laundry bags and garments are handled carefully.
- Coordinate with the laundry team regarding delivery schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
- RequirementsMinimum 10th pass preferred.
- Valid driving license (two-wheeler preferred).
- Basic knowledge of local areas and routes.
- Good behavior and communication skills.
- Ability to use mobile apps/Google Maps.
- Honest, punctual, and hardworking.
