Deputy Unit Manager - Corporate Social Responsibility

Job PurposeThis position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesTrainer quality to be maintained across all training partners• Create trainer development plan along with Training Partners for trainers in the bottom of the pyramid . Maintain dashboard for score change for all subjects for all functional trainers.• Maintain dashboard for KPI for trainers- score change, NPS and passing ratio and work towards improving the scores.• To share timely data with the training partners on the trainer performance.• Travel and observe trainer deliver of selected trainers • Create templates, reports and maintain dashboards for the trainer data.• Follow up with the training partners on the actionable.Trainer capacity planning basis the district penetration plan • Maintain a record of trainer hiring for all training partners. Create dashboards to share planned vs actual hiring district wise .• Maintain record of trainer hiring journey of different training partners .• Maintain records of functional trainers for each subject training partner wise • Classify the trainers based on their past performance and identify trainers that need to be removed or retrained.LMS Management•  Provide LMS access to newly onboarded trainers by the training partners.• Maintain the dashboard for the LMS and share with team fortnightly. •  tracking details of content consumption .• Address and resolve trainer queries on LMS .•  Review the dashboard in Knowlens and drive content consumption by the students through regular interactions with TPs• Uploading of content in LMS for new programs.Trainer Reward and Recognition Support in trainer reward programs, Provide trainer data for training partners where the event is being planned  Create reports and Data for design according to the metrics created
Key Decisions / Dimensions1.Classification of trainers based on past performance (as per pre-defined KPIs and trainer classification policy)2. Recommend corrective and preventive actions to relevant training partners in case of consistence underperformance by some trainers.
Major Challenges• Hiring of trainers being done at the training partner’s end. To hold quality parameters regular monitoring of data will be required.• LMS access and monitoring of course completion is required so that Training Partners are ablet to adhere to Bajaj’s hiring process for trainers.• With more programs and higher volumes in CPBFI data management with dasboards and necessary reports will be crucial to maintain quality of delivery .
Required Qualifications and Experiencea) Qualifications MBA/Post-graduate Work Experience 1-2 years of experience in L&D function of a Company or in a training institute specializing in BFSI trainings . Management Trainee from B schools can also be considered for this position. Should be well versed with MS- Office with a proficiency in MS Excel
