Project Role : DevOps Engineer
Project Role Description : Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats.

Summary:
In the role of DevOps Engineer, a typical day involves designing, implementing, and maintaining development tools and infrastructure that support continuous integration, delivery, and deployment processes. The role requires setting up automated pipelines to streamline software development and deployment activities. Collaboration with various teams to ensure the infrastructure is secure and resilient against potential threats is a key part of daily responsibilities. The engineer actively monitors and optimizes the performance of these systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the development lifecycle. Problem-solving and adapting to evolving technology landscapes are integral to the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices in continuous integration and deployment to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with security teams to integrate security measures into the development pipelines and infrastructure.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Native HANA SQL Modeling & Development.
- Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies.
- Ability to design and maintain secure and scalable infrastructure.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages to streamline workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Native HANA SQL Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
