Responsibilities of candidates includes: 1. Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers. 2. Build an inbound marketing plan. 3. Collaborate with designers to improve user experience. 9. Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.). 10. Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date. 11. Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors. 12. Measure ROI (Return on Investments) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). 13. Engage in B2B & B2C Lead Generation, Cold Calling & Lead Conversion. 14. Monitor competition & work on SWOT analysis with suggestions for improvement. Functional (Technical / Experiential) Skills: 1. 1-3 years of proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or in similar role. 2. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. 3. Hands-on experience with CRM Software, B2B / B2C social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns and SEO / SEM. 4. Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas). 5. Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.). 6. Skills and experience in creative content writing. 7. Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels. 8. Familiarity with web design. 9. Skilled in B2B & B2C Lead Generation, Lead Conversion & Cold Calling. Education:  Certification / Diploma in Digital Marketing tools & technologies.  BBA Degree with specialization in Marketing Management.
