We are looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager who can drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth across multiple locations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing StrategyDevelop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for salons and aesthetic clinics.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns to increase appointments, walk-ins, memberships, and treatment sales.
• Create monthly marketing calendars aligned with business objectives.
• Performance MarketingManage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL (Cost Per Lead), ROAS, and conversion metrics.
• Generate quality leads for salon services, aesthetic treatments, and promotions.
• Social Media ManagementDevelop engaging content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Coordinate photoshoots, reels, influencer collaborations, and promotional campaigns.
• Increase follower engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
• SEO & Website ManagementImprove local SEO rankings for all salon and clinic locations.
• Optimize Google Business Profiles and manage online reputation.
• Coordinate website updates, landing pages, blogs, and conversion optimization initiatives.
• CRM & Lead ManagementWork closely with clinic and salon teams to ensure proper lead follow-up.
• Monitor lead-to-appointment and appointment-to-sale conversion rates.
• Implement marketing automation, WhatsApp campaigns, email marketing, and customer retention strategies.
• Analytics & ReportingTrack and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Identify opportunities for improving customer acquisition and retention.
• Brand & Content DevelopmentOversee content creation including graphics, videos, reels, blogs, and promotional materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and agencies.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
• SEO and Local SEO expertise.
• Social Media Marketing and Content Strategy.
• Google Analytics and Reporting Tools.
• CRM and Marketing Automation platforms.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and campaigns simultaneously.
• Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in beauty, wellness, salon, healthcare, cosmetic, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic marketing preferred.
• Proven track record of generating leads and increasing revenue through digital channels.
