Role and Responsibilities: ● Trace customers whose contact details are not available ● Negotiate with customer regarding the payments ● Update feedback of customer with respect to payments ● To recover dues of delinquent customers as per allocation through in-house and as per RBI guidelines, process & policies laid down by the organisation within set timelines. ● He would be responsible for collection of overdue accounts of customers in all buckets and for various products. ● Providing detailed visit feedback to his superior and ensuring high field intensity. ● Timely deposition of collected payment and ensuring application to the right account. ● Preferably from collection agency ● Possess good written and oral communication ● Delinquent Customer regress follow-up ● Possess initiative and ability to work under pressure ● Would be responsible to recover dues Skill Requirements ● Strong verbal communication skills ● High level of confidence ● Ability to handle customers over the phone ● Good negotiation skills ● Good co-ordinator with networking skills is a must. ● Never say no approach towards work. ● Must have a minimum 2 year experience in Sales (Insurance, Credit , Debit Card). ● Must have worked on written off portfolios / skip tracing profile ● Candidates with fluency in Marathi/Hindi will be an added advantage ● Good knowledge of the geographical area, ● Good communication skills Educational Background ● Minimum SSC passed ● Minimum 2 years Experience in Sales (Insurance, Credit , Debit Card)
