Account Management: - Work closely with marketplace teams (Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, AJIO, Tata Cliq, Amazon, Flipkart) - Implement the brands business strategy and understand the marketplaces - Communicating with marketplaces and the warehouse team to resolve operational issues - Managing brand pages on marketplaces - Listing the products on all Marketplaces - FirstCry, Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal etc. - Coordinating and keeping the senior management abreast of all operations - Define a clear and lean sales strategy for onboarding new partnerships - Manage all relationships with partners Performance Management: - Strategize and plan for increasing the ecommerce sales - Creating performance reports on a bi-weekly and monthly basis - Identifying trends, insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights - Analysing courier returns and customer returns to identify products that are doing well, etc. - Determine why certain products are trending up or down, clearly articulate observations and propose strategies to troubleshoot problems - Develop strategies to increase sales, reduce costs and drive conversion rate of acquired products including price optimization, PPC, packaging/inserts, coupons and deals, customer communications, creative, changing package dimensions, subscribe and save, removing unprofitable products and more - Partner with internal teams to develop a go-to-market strategy and facilitate successful, impactful product launches and international expansion. - Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure products are always in stock, premium quality, have updated packaging, and have all appropriate required certifications Ads Management: - Run sponsored Ads on marketplaces & making organic sales and ads reports for management and proposing new strategies to stimulate growth. - Manage entire Marketplace ad spends right from research, competition mapping, timely bid management to managing Campaign ROAS & budgets. Skills and Qualifications - Sound knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, AJIO, Tata Cliq, Amazon, Flipkart etc. and demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies. - Knowledge of keyword research and competitor research, ads - Must have knowledge of Orders Processing, Returns, Claims Handling, etc - Understanding of Competitors performance, e-commerce strategy - Good knowledge of MS Excel like vlookup, Filters, Pivot, etc - Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce - Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills
