Contact potential students via phone to establish rapport & convert leads into enrolment. Ensure the daily targets of calling the prospects are met & deliver set targets of sales per week/month. Daily follow-up to all the prospects/leads and closing the leads. • Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, WhatsApp, SMS, calls etc. Research, identify key students and generate interest in our Offline/online courses & services. • Generating leads through Cold Calling, Internet Research and various Sources. Expected Skill And Experience • Strong communication, Counselling & Telesales skills • Must be from the Education & Training / HR / Staffing industry with a minimum of 1 years of experience • Experience in B2C Telesales/ Tele calling/ Data calling/ Tele counselling is MUST.
