Event Sales Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Event Manager to plan, organize, and execute sales-driven events that boost brand visibility and revenue. The ideal candidate should have experience managing corporate events, client engagement programs, or promotional activities, with a strong focus on sales conversion and relationship building.

• Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute sales-focused events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to define event goals and target audiences.
• Handle end-to-end event management — from concept planning, budgeting, and vendor coordination to execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
• Manage event promotions through offline and digital marketing channels.
• Generate leads and ensure proper follow-up for sales closures post-events.
• Prepare and present event performance reports and ROI analysis.
• Supervise on-site event setup and ensure seamless execution.
• Stay updated with market trends to plan innovative and impactful events.
• Skills Required:Proven experience in sales-oriented event management (minimum 2 years).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple events simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of marketing, branding, and lead generation strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and event planning tools.
