Job Title: Field Executive – Pet Products Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Executive to promote and sell our range of pet products to pet stores and related retailers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with store owners, achieving sales targets, and expanding our brand presence in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit pet stores and retail outlets regularly to pitch and sell pet products.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and promotions to store staff and owners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new retail partners.
• Collect market intelligence and competitor insights.
• Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies.
• Ensure proper placement and visibility of products in stores.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or business is a plus.
• Previous sales or fieldwork experience, preferably in the FMCG or pet industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
• Passion for pets and pet care products is an added advantage.
