We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients for our organization Aquaproof & Anchoring Systems" are the leading Authorized Wholesale Distributor, Supplier, and Retailer of Grouts & Anchors, Superplasticizer Admixture, Concrete Construction Admixtures etc. We also offer Waterproofing Service, Coating Service, Anchoring Service, etc. Established in the year 1997 at Pune, Maharashtra. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. As an outside Sales Representative, they will also research sales competition. RESPONSIBILITIES - • It is completely different from being a general sales executive because this particular job role demands you to travel either to find new clients or customers or to maintain relationships with the customers whom you are already working with. • Primarily your focus should be to increase the sales of the company by providing a concise description of the products and services to the customers, as well as Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. • Arrange meetings with potential clients or visit their offices to persuade them to buy a product which your company is offering as well as listen to their wishes and concerns. • Carry out price negotiations with the customers on behalf of the organization to reach a favorable agreement for both. • Ensure the availability of the stock for sales and demonstrations by collaborating with the team members to achieve better results, • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conference, if any. REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS - • Proven sales experience • Should be competitive and confident. • Strong communication, Thorough understanding of marketing, negotiation and interpersonal skills. • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is big plus.
