Your typical day will involve providing financial analysis to aid in decisions pertaining to the profitability and financial health of the organization, with a focus on Group Life Insurance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead financial planning and analysis efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Conduct strategic analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth, with a focus on Group Life Insurance. - Provide financial analysis to aid in decisions pertaining to the profitability and financial health of the organization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance and identify and correct financial or operational concerns. - Communicate financial findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools for clarity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of Group Life Insurance. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Individual Life Insurance. - Proficiency in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Solid grasp of financial analysis and reporting, including financial modeling and data analysis. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on Group Life Insurance. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful financial solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.Job role
