FP&A HQ - Enabling Functions

Job Description

The FP&A Lead will play a crucial role in overseeing central activities and driving the vision for centralizing operations. This position will act as the right hand to the Enabling Functions Leader in helping to identify best practices, consolidate processes, drive automation, and manage central forecast loading, including Operational Planning (OP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Central Activities Oversight: Help identify best practices, consolidate processes, drive automation, and manage central forecast loading, including OP. Set up the team with central templates, checks, best practices, and standardization across all functions.
• Team Leadership: Oversee the team of FP&A analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective performance.
• Functional Ownership: Own at least one function (Procurement) from an OP/forecast perspective
• Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to automation and other initiatives.
