Yeh Role Purely Field Sales Ka Hai Jisme Candidate Ko Market Visits Karke Gold Loan Products Ki Sales Aur Customer Acquisition Karni Hogi. Hum Male Aur Female Dono Candidates Ko Consider Karenge, Bas Unke Paas Minimum Six Months Ka Gold Loan Sales Experience Mandatory Hona Chahiye. Candidate Ka Last Job Gap Six Months Se Zyada Nahi Hona Chahiye. Two Wheeler Aur Valid Driving License Compulsory Hai.

• Existing Customers Ko Service Provide Karna Aur Relationship Maintain Karna
• Gold Loan Sales Targets Achieve Karna
• Lead Generation Aur Conversion Ko Effectively Handle Karna
• Documentation, KYC Verification Aur Loan Process Ko Smoothly Execute Karna
• Market Intelligence Gather Karna Aur Competitor Activities Report Karna
• Customer Queries Resolve Karna Aur Excellent Customer Experience Provide Karna

Required Experience & Qualification:

• Minimum Six Months Gold Loan Sales Experience Mandatory
• Maximum Six Months Ka Career Gap Acceptable
• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
• Field Work Ke Liye Ready Hona Zaroori
• Two Wheeler Aur Driving License Compulsory
• Good Communication Skills And Customer Handling Skills Required
