1.     Carry out Gold loan transactions while strictly adhering to process and policies.

2.     Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.

3.     Gold appraisal

Generating leads for Gold loan By conducting marketing activities

1.     Call inactive and other prospective customers.

2.     Responsible for conversion of leads generated

Adherence of timeliness (fulfilling the appointment within a specified time)

Proper adherence to process and policies to facilitate smooth functioning of GLP (zero spurious)

Number of leads generated through customer visit/calls and conversion %
