Human Resources - Payroll & Statutory Compliance (Mix 10years) Sr. Executive/Manager - Payroll /Statutory Compliance/ Recruitment /IR / Admin Role: This role is responsible for managing & administration of the company Payroll shared services and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities. The role responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll. Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration. Location: Akurdi, Pune (Head Office) Span: Regional Payroll & Compliances responsibility Educational Qualifications: Graduate + MBA in HR/Graduate with Professional Qualification Key Responsibilities: - Complete responsibility of managing the payroll process for assigned region. - Co-ordinate with Site Representative for new entrants’ data within 3 working days & monthly attendance data as per payroll cycle in timely manner - Enter new employee’s data (e.g., bank account no., generation of ESI/PF identification numbers, Personal details etc.) into internal databases/HRIS on time. - Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records - Compliance to statutory guidelines/statutes viz; (Tax, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Leave & Minimum wages) - Managing Payroll related legal & statutory Compliance - Statutory remittances to the concerned Authorities as per calendar, 100% compliance - Co-ordinate with Accounts/Finance team for Schedule bank payments or hand out pay cheques to employees without any escalations. - Handling audits of respective client sites as per schedule & timely closure of observations. - Responsible for various MIS reports like (Payroll MIS, Wage cost/Payroll expenses of assigned sites etc.) - Calculate Annual bonus and allowances viz; Leave Payments on time & share with resp. stakeholders viz; Operations/Accounts for closure of the same. - Implementation of Digitisation Initiatives pertaining to the role & in assigned regional sites. - Monthly Site visits/connect with site employees & Resolution of Employee queries in a time bound manner. - Support resp. sites in driving employee engagement initiatives-Monthly R & R, Birthday Celebration, conducting awareness sessions on employee social security measures & benefits etc. - Honours confidentiality of employees’ pays records. Career Growth: Can be later groomed as a Manager - Payroll and Statutory Compliance. Required Skills & Competencies: - Hands-on experience with HRIS - Ability to handle confidential information - Time-management skills - Good knowledge of labour legislation Preference: From Service Industry/Facility Management Industry
