Project Role : Infrastructure Consulting LeadProject Role Description : Design the strategy to manage Client IT Infrastructure in order to support the delivery of operational efficiencies, improve employee and workplace performance and meet dynamic business demands. Coordinate overall infrastructure improvements across the workplace, network, datacenter and operations as well as provide resources to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis. Must have skills : Autosys AdministrationGood to have skills : NAMinimum 5 year(s) of experience is requiredEducational Qualification : GraduateSummary: As an Infrastructure Consulting Lead, you will design the strategy to manage Client IT Infrastructure in order to support the delivery of operational efficiencies, improve employee and workplace performance, and meet dynamic business demands. You will coordinate overall infrastructure improvements across the workplace, network, datacenter, and operations as well as provide resources to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis. Your typical day will involve strategizing and implementing infrastructure solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the design and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure. - Manage and oversee infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. - Identify and address infrastructure-related issues and risks, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Autosys Administration. - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure management principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing IT infrastructure solutions. - Knowledge of network architecture and protocols. - Experience with cloud technologies and virtualization. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework. - Experience with project management methodologies. - Knowledge of security and compliance standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Autosys Administration. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A Graduate degree is required.
