Job Description
Job Roles & Responsibilities 1. Interact with potential & existing Customers Emails, telephone calls, & live website chats to persuade them to purchase companies' products and services. 2. Recommend solutions proactively required by Customers to enhance Customer Satisfaction and stimulate SaaS as well as services revenue. 3. Learn sales related features and advantages for entire products and services. 4. Complete entire initial training program and participate in weekly sales meetings to recurrent training. 5. Ensure to maintain professional attitude to deal with prospects, Customers and staff members. 6. Explain clearly and precisely features and advantages to prospects in entire non-technical terms. 7. Maintain and update accurate notes including Customer information in CRM system as well as records according to necessity and instructions. 8. Ensure to acquire monthly sales quota established by management on basis of past performance of other representatives. 9. Attain minimum number of calls every day to present leads. 10. Comply with all Company policies for safeguarding Customer and related corporate proprietary details. 11. Perform in team of all dedicated sales representative to cross-train and acquire team sales objectives. 12. Participate in industry events voluntarily to promote prospects. 13. Develop business through cold calls to new and current leads. 14. Generate qualified leads, create suitable quotes, and process purchase orders accurately. 15. Ensure to manage all existing accounts through steady communication using Customer Service skills. 16. Manage and provide solutions to all issues related to Customer Satisfaction. 17. Create several pitches that will be used to engage Customers on the Phone & Emails. 18. Work with a Field Sales Representative(s) to build territory strategies, account plans, and generate lists of target opportunities. Direct prospects to the Field Sales staffs when needed. Functional (Technical / Experiential) Skills 1. 2-4 years of proven experience as Inside Sales Executive or in similar role. 2. Proven experience as telesales representative or other Sales / Customer Service role. 3. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the Phone and Email. 4. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to the prospects. 5. Good command over written & spoken English. 6. Hands-on experience with CRM Software, Telephony systems, Webinar & B2B / B2C social media. 7. Skills and experience in creative pitch script writing. 8. Skilled in B2B & B2C Lead Generation, Lead Conversion & Cold Calling. 9. Experience in SaaS / App / Product based Company preferred. 10. Good to have a working knowledge on generating Quotations, Invoices & Purchase Orders. 11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word). Soft / Other Skills Innovative, Out-of-the Box, Critical thinker with problem-solving skills. Experience of working in an agile, fast-paced environment. Great enthusiasm to work in a fast paced Start-up & cross-functional culture. Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills. Exhibits a considerable of level of coordination skills & team spirit. Ability to remain calm & composed under strenuous situations and ability to handle rejections & objections. Outstanding Negotiation & Persuasion & Listening skills. Ability to resolve issues and address complaints of both the internal & external stakeholders. Education B.A / B.Com / BBA Degree with specialization in Marketing Management. Job Features Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: Pune Nature of assignments shall call for exercising one’s flexibility for stretching beyond the normal working hours as and when required. Six days working per week with 9:30 am – 6:30 pm format with 01 hour of Lunch Break. No provision for WFH or Remote Working Mode. Candidates currently residing in Pune / PCMC shall be preferred. Remuneration & Other Benefits: ₹264,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 P.A. (CTC), Paid Leaves, Paid Sick Leaves, Retiral Benefits, Maternity Benefits, Annual Performance Appraisal for Confirmed Employees etc.
