Candidate shall have sufficient knowledge and proficiency to provide effective Technical Support for the following functions to the complete Organization (IT infrastructure Users - from 50 to 100 Users): · Data Security · All OS and existing software – maintenance and updating · Maintenance of all Servers, Workstations, Laptops, Printers, CCTV, Telephone Network · Group Policy Administration · DNS (Domain Name system), DHCP (Dynamic host configuration protocol), LAN maintenance · Anti-Virus Management – including installations and updating, maintenance · Troubleshooting – hardware and software issues; resolving · Monitoring and maintenance of complete IT infrastructure · Resolving H/w, S/w functional issues of Users and to support Users within defined timelines · Maintaining all backup protocols and schedules to ensure full Data Safety, Security and Preventing Data Loss. · Installing and upgrading of latest software as may be required – OS, MS Office, Design and Other type of Software. · Managing Active Directory. · Managing & maintenance of Network Printers · Managing Cloud Tally & Cloud SAP B1 Issue-troubleshooting and resolving. · Managing Inventory of Software and Hardware and related the credentials, licenses.
