About Zyrax
Zyrax is a fitness trainer marketplace connecting over 100 certified personal trainers with working women across Tier 1 Indian cities — live classes, personalised diet plans, real results, with 1 Lakh+ Customers, and a team of 45 People, hitting 30 Lakh+ Revenue Per Month.
Role Overview
You own the full sales cycle. Engage inbound leads on WhatsApp, qualify them, and close — same day. No cold calling. All leads are inbound.
What You’ll Do
• Engage inbound leads within 5 minutes via WhatsApp/call
• Run quick discovery to understand goals, schedule, and readiness
• Handle objections and close with urgency
• Maintain CRM hygiene and hit daily conversion targets
• Follow up consistently on unconverted leads
You’re a Fit If You
• Communicate naturally in Hinglish
• Have 0–2 years in tele-sales, EdTech, or D2C wellness
• Are disciplined, target-driven, and don’t need hand-holding
• Can manage 40+ conversations and still close
Compensation
• Fixed: ₹18,000–₹25,000/month
• Variable: Commission per closure (uncapped)
• Top performers earning ₹45,000+/month
